Rosita Gabbianelli

Prof. Gabbianelli obtained her master’s degree at the University of Camerino (Pharmacy) in 1988, her Specialization in Biochemistry and Clinical Chemistry in 1992 and her PhD in Biology in 1997. 

Prof. Gabbianelli is Full Professor of Biochemistry. Her research field includes studies on the interplay between early life exposome and long-term effect on health, and nutrigenomic strategies to counterbalance molecular damage. She is visiting professor in Biochemistry at Jilin Agriculture University-Changchun and in Nutrigenomics at several Universities (i.e. Food Science and Engineering Zhengzhou University of Light Industry China, University of Porto, ISS-ISEP-Porto, University of Cluj-Napoca, University of Pharmacy-Hanoi, Quy Nhon University).

Co-author of 159 peer-reviewed publications, 6 chapters of books, 167 communications at international meetings and 65 dissemination activities. She has supervised more of 100 bachelors/master’s degree/PhD students.  She is Editorial Board Member of several journals on health. She is Italian MC Member of the DEVoTION, PhysAgeNet, HyperChildNET (MC sub), SENESCENCE2030 (Membership). Board of Directors of ISNN, Member of NUGO, SIB and Chair of the Scientific and Organizing Committee of the European Summer School on Nutrigenomics (from 2014).
